Some 889 patients randomized to additional structured exercise compared to health education alone. The exercise group had improved 5-year disease-free survival (80.3 versus 73.9 per cent) and overall survival: hazard ratio 0.63, 95 per cent confidence interval 0.43 to 0.94.
Comment: Worth considering once adjuvant treatment is completed.
