All sixteen patients included achieved a clinical complete response by day 93, 11 after one cycle and 5 after two, allowing a watch-and-wait strategy. Grade 3 immune-related adverse events occurred in 3 patients (19 per cent) and no grade 4 or 5 toxicity over a median follow-up of 16 months.

Comment: A striking 100 per cent complete response rate, though in a very small cohort.
