This study included 443 patients. Toxicity rates were similar in those randomized to early chemotherapy two weeks after surgery compared to standard intervention.

Comment: Starting chemotherapy over eight weeks after surgery is detrimental. This study suggests there is no harm (and may be benefit) in starting it two weeks after surgery.
