Research for Greener Surgery Conference 2023: Role of sustainable research (part 1 of 4)

The BJS Academy was delighted to collaborate with the Research for Greener Surgery Conference 2023 and to subsequently host a short video series featuring highlights from the conference held in Birmingham on December 13th.
Commencing the series is Lucy Chappell, Chief Scientific Advisor to Department of Health and Social Care, delivering a talk on the role of sustainable research. This session was moderated by Aneel Bhangu.
Academy
Part of the charitable activity of the Foundation, BJS Academy is an online educational resource for current and future surgeons.
The Academy is comprised of five distinct sections: Continuing surgical education, Young BJS, Cutting edge, Scientific surgery and Surgical news. Although the majority of this is open access, additional content is available to BJS subscribers and strategic partners.
