Anthracycline-containing and taxane-containing chemotherapy for early-stage operable breast cancer: a patient-level meta-analysis of 100 000 women from 86 randomised trials.

This huge analysis of women treated for breast cancer showed that the combination of anthracycline and taxane regimens was most effective at reducing breast cancer recurrence. The higher dose regimens produced the greatest effects.

Comment: I really admire this sort of analysis which provides very important information that influences treatment strategies.
